I got my HD from Staples! I even applied for the rebate!
Now, I'm looking for a cheap usb enclosure. Appreciate your help on not getting ripped off like I did Thanksgiving night at Compusa...apparently, I paid retail price on those blank DVDs...

that's kinda the beauty. You can use any hard drive as an external USB drive, without an enclosure.

Not likely . . . It's probably more likely for you to zap the drive than the drive to zap you. Just don't touch the circuit board on the bottom of the drive.
