This is the same site that I mentioned had Men of War and ARMA II for free back in July. You can purchase the game here, then register through Steam. Here is how to activate on Steam: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5414-TFB . . . While I haven't purchased this game yet, others online have reported success in buying here and registering through Steam. Steam is the DRM required to play this game, so I don't see why this wouldn't work.
If you have purchased a game from Amazon recently, you may have received a $5 promotional coupon towards a future game purchase. This game is included on that list. If Amazon price-matches this price, you may be able to combine that coupon to get it even cheaper. I'll keep you posted if this comes true.
