copier recommendation

we have had a regular copying machine for the last 10 ten years and through rain and shine, it died.

so, any recommendation on a new model? we're looking for:

* countertop
* 11x17 surface area
* paper size for letter or A4, no need for anything bigger
* ability to shrink.

that's about it...any help/recommendation would be appreciated.
